Christine Neilson, E.A., CEPA®
Managing Partner
Christine Neilson is from London, England and moved to the United States in 1991. She has a B.A. Honors Business Studies with a major in Finance from South Bank University in London.
Prior to moving to the United States Christine worked in the computer industry before becoming a surveyor specializing in commercial real estate appraisal, acquisition and development. Her experience has included working in both private and public organizations in management positions.
On moving to the US Christine entered the tax and financial services sector starting her own company, Neilson Advisory Group, Inc in 1996. As a seasoned tax advisor, she has helped small businesses, and their owners navigate complex tax laws and optimize tax strategies to minimize their tax burden and maximize long term financial well-being. In addition to providing bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation services Christine has assisted business owners in understanding and realizing the full value of their businesses.
Christine is an Enrolled Agent (E.A.), licensed to practice before the IRS in all 50 states and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
Outside of work Christine enjoys travelling and is an active tennis and pickleball player.
Donald Liu, CPA
Managing Partner
Donald Liu brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in corporate finance, fund management, and strategic financial leadership to serve our clients. As a California-licensed CPA with an MBA in Accounting from Angelo State University, Donald combines deep technical expertise with practical business acumen.
His extensive background includes managing complex financial operations for global organizations like UBS Global Asset Management (China) and leading strategic financial initiatives for both public and private enterprises. As CFO of Credit Heng Management & Consulting Company, Donald successfully led company-wide financial operations and spearheaded IPO preparations, giving him unique insights into the challenges growing businesses face.
Having served as a Senior Accountant at prestigious firms in Los Angeles and held leadership positions across the US and Asia, Donald offers clients a rare blend of international business perspective and hands-on accounting expertise. His experience spans multiple industries, including real estate, asset management, and international trade, allowing him to provide comprehensive financial guidance to businesses at every stage of growth.
Recently, Donald focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses optimize their financial operations, navigate complex regulations, and build sustainable growth strategies.
