Christine Neilson, E.A., CEPA®

Christine Neilson’s career has been defined by a passion for helping business owners understand, manage, and maximize the value of what they’ve built.
Originally from London, England, Christine earned her B.A. (Honors) in Business Studies with a major in Finance from South Bank University. Her early career began in the computer industry before she shifted into commercial real estate, specializing in appraisal, acquisition, and development. In these roles, she gained experience working in both private companies and public organizations, often in management positions that required a balance of analytical skills and leadership.
When Christine moved to the United States in 1991, she took her career in a new direction—tax and financial services. Recognizing the need for clear, strategic guidance for small business owners, ranging from retailers to professional service businesses with multimillion dollar annual revenues. For nearly three decades, Christine has built trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, helping them navigate complex tax laws, improve their financial systems, and plan for the future. Her work extends beyond bookkeeping and tax preparation: she partners with clients to create strategies that minimize tax burdens, enhance profitability, and position businesses for long-term success or eventual transition. Working with businesses as an external CFO Christine has helped guide and grow businesses from start up to generating millions in revenue across multiple states. She is proud to serve multiple clients that have trusted her for over 25 years.
Christine is both an Enrolled Agent (E.A.), licensed to represent clients before the IRS in all 50 states, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), giving her unique expertise in guiding business owners through critical financial and tax decisions, including succession and exit planning.
Outside of her professional life, Christine is a dedicated traveler and an active tennis and pickleball player, bringing the same energy and discipline she applies in her work to her personal pursuits.
